Carolina Staffing Initiative was founded with the intention of providing honest, quality, reliable workers to the members of the Carolina community at an affordable price.

We take the hassle and labor out of any project that you may need to be completed! Locally-owned and operated company with strong ties to The Research Triangle and Eastern Carolina.

You provide the tools, CSI provides the labor (some tools are available upon request).

All of our workers are COVID-19 compliant for your safety and will wear a mask if requested.
